Easy run. Felt really good but also felt like trash. My legs didn’t feel too bad and i felt pretty smooth but i was running on a full stomach which sucks. Did some reflecting on the race today and i think it’s good to recognize that i missed my pr by a second but this was the first race of the season and i soloed it. That’s a good starting point and as long as i keep doing everything right i think i can improve a lot on what i ran today.
