Runathon. This was a tough workout. I felt really good today. We started by doing 20 minutes at what was supposed to be steady, we averaged a little under 6:20. It didn't feel that bad though. Once we got cruising it seemed like time went slow and fast at the same time. I don't know how to explain it. Our pack was really solid and we worked really well together today. Excited for hornet next week.
