Great bike ride. Decided to go to Dupage River Park because it seemed like a moderately easy distance. I felt great. Seeing Dupage made me excited for summer running and all the countless miles we will run there. I really can't wait for summer running to start. On my way back I saw coach Kennedy on the Ashbury path.
