It probably wasn't smart for me, evan and quinton to do the whole thing. I felt good though and I forgot to check my watch when we were at 3.5 so I figured we might as well just do the whole thing. It ended up being a little longer than I thought but that's ok. There were also 10x40 second bursts thrown in.
