Notes

It was a very nice day to run. The majority of the run felt good but the last 25ish minutes felt bad. I got some terrible chafing and because all I had for breakfast was oatmeal I ran out of energy. It was very tough to complete the run at an even faster pace but I managed to run just under 7:00 for the last 15 minutes. Now looking back I wish I would've been able to go harder. Now I know I may need a little more in my stomach for a long run. Got some new patella straps yesterday. Left knee still sore today, right knee felt better with the strap. No running tomorrow so I'll do some leg stuff.
