I think this was a solid workout for me. At the turnaround it was me, Tyler, Jeremy, McVittie, Matt Jett, Alan, Caleb and Zach. Aerobically I felt great on the progression but my legs were the thing that were hurting. I think since this was a pretty fast week with a little less mileage my legs were tired. During the progression with a little under 2 miles to go Tyler and Caleb started to drop us. Me Jeremy and Zach finished together. This is going to come out to be a super low mileage week for me because we have tomorrow off so I'll definitely cross train to make up for that.
