Good run. I was happy to find out yesterday that as long as I am diligent with my excercises, stretches and rolling I should be able to run full speed without doing too much damage. They said my patellar tendons on both sides were very swollen but if I keep up on icing and occasionally taking an Advil I should be okay. They used an ultrasound machine to reduce swelling yesterday and they also gave me a massage on my quads and patellar tendons. Afterwords they were noticeably less swollen. Today they feel sore like usual but not as bad as before. Today was a great run. As I was coming back the sky started to look threatening but it hasn't started raining or storming yet. Tomorrow I'm thinking that I'll do 8 miles around a 7:30 pace.
