Notes

Warmup, 4x(4 min tempo, 2 min @ 8k-10k, 4 min easy), Cooldown. This was a solid one. Was running out of steam on the last one. I think it's a really good way to start getting some 8k pace work in, while also working on maintaining tempo work.
