Why do I run:
I run to get fit and extend my life, as well as the quality of my life. I have 3 grandkids to consider. And of course, to lose weight and inches!! |
Why I started running:
My high school friend, John, talked me into running by telling me how long and how far he runs and that it is a doable process. I thought, "Well, why not? What I'm doing now isn't working.!" |
