Groin pull was a complete non-issue, good steady effort and happy with the result. Autolap was off on my
Garmin, splits were: 6:04, 5:45, 6:52, 6:08, 6:08, 5:48, 5:53, 5:50, 6:28, 5:53 (and :19 for .06 for 5:15 pace to make the suffering end as quickly as possible)
