Ran Lake Q 5k as a tempo, to see if I could get any turnover going. Ran steadily and felt pretty easy, but trying to pick up the pace was a different story. Think I could run six minute miles for quite a while, but picking up the pace is a challenge at present. Nice to see Team Hancock, and Maeve Conway (although dad was MIA)

Nice run on a triple H day!! Maeve said she talked to you. I ran a little earlier and was not leaving the AC room when she went off. Heard it was a good crowd.

I was only kidding when I called Maeve's dad "a lazy ting". Well, not really. : )

It was nice to see her, somebody's gotta carry the Conway banner. Once I get over Loon destroying my legs this Sunday, we'll have to figure out when we can run this thang as $2.00 speed work.
