Shamrocks paid a visit to Lake Q 5k, with guest appearances by Mike Quintalapowitt and the naughty Bui. Tired but helped greatly by my favorite Vietnamese metronome setting the pace, told J I was done at about 1.5 but managed to stay with him until about mile 2 and finished up as best I could.
