20:39 WU, 22:15 (6k) race, 20:00 CD
Mixed feelings about this race. So proud of my team (rocked it!), but not completely satisfied with my individual performance. Still managed to move up during some tougher parts of the race though, and I finished as our 9th girl. I just need to work with Ali and Alexa next time. Being up with them might help all of us. Definitely a challenging course and some crazy weather conditions. I hit 5:37-ish at the mile, and was in the thick of the crowd.
Some official stats: I was 97th through the 1k, with a time of 3:28. Then 74th through the 3k, with a time of 10:45. So at least I was moving up, though my splits weren't negative in the least.
Finishes with 4 strides in trainers, post-run. Then we did GS, Simple Six 1x10, in the hotel once we returned.
