Icy run with Johnny and his former college teammate Zach Plank. We took it easy on a paved bike path that took us into campus. Lots of icy, snowy patches. Sunny run with no wind -- I had my gloves, hat, and outer jacket off pretty fast.
Love that I'm feeling prepared for winter running weather. Consistency is the first step. Speed will come.
Did an exercise band routine, core, and foam rolling indoors afterward.
