Ran with Beth from my apartment to the River Trail, but we opted for a different cut through today. Chose a deep snowy field over an ice-covered road. We've gotten some snow, so the trail is covered with some packed down powder. A little bumpy in parts.
Fired up my old Garmin 10 today. I've only used it a handful of times, and I have no idea how its accuracy compares to the latest technology. But this will be good practice in championing consistency over pace, and just caring about getting outside for my well-being (and hanging out with Beth!) more than anything else.
