Short little lunch break run. The weather was so nice, I couldn't pass up the opportunity! Ran from the house to a short nearby trail loop, which was absolutely coated in yellow fallen leaves. Didn't trip over any hidden roots, and got to enjoy some beautiful colors -- I'd call that a win.
Finished with strides in the street, a short band routine targeting the glutes, and foam rolling.
