Raced a 17:34 for the 3-mile SHS Alumni Meet. Course was grassy, muddy, and wet. Not as good as I'd hoped to run, but not awful with those course conditions (everyone ran slow). I missed catching one of the Jean twins by less than a second. Placed behind the twins to take 3rd overall, and 1st for my gender.
Swain joined in the fun and raced too. We did WU set, drills, and strides before the race as usual. Dillon Gaines, Sammy Hanson, Allison Shannon, and Miranda Wolanin joined us for CD. :)
Finished up the morning with 6 barefoot strides (Sammy joined Swain and I on the last few!) and GS (below).
