Joined the Playmakers Elite crew for a run downtown from Strange Matter for Sarah Brewer's birthday. Brendan and Charlotte came out from Kalamazoo, and Kelly from Howell. Louis, Abby, Spencer, Ashley, Beth, and Johnny also joined.
Ran about 7:45/mi pace for 6 miles. Followed it up with strides in the street.
