Easy run with Beth. We both got our first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine this week, and we're thinking fatigue is one of our side effects. Been sleeping well this week, yet feeling so tired every morning. A couple other people we know who've gotten the vaccine have reported similar reactions.
It's nothing crazy, and maybe it seems like a bigger deal because we've both been running more. But felt nice and appropriate to go on a shorter run today.
