1 mile (indoor) PR from Feb, 2000 at the Reggie Lewis Center.
didn't know what I was doing....ended up in the wrong section without a hip number. begged the starter to let me run anyways. finished dead last by 50+m. didn't get an official time....used my watch. ran my guts out....thought I was going to die. sub 5 at last.
