did Myrtl routine, 10 pull ups, 15 dumbbell shoulder press (25 lbs).
2 mile warm up then 10 x 1 min fast with 2 min recoveries. tough. thought about bailing on last few.
temp in high 70's, dew point in high 50's. managed it fairly well.
