I took in powerade at all stops except the one around 6 miles.

Temperature was in the high 30s to start but got in the 60s (hot) towards then end.

Thought about pushing the last 4 miles at an 8 min/mile pace, but I didn't want to feel sick post race.

I didn't eat anything post race. 25 min later had part of a squirrel muffin from Swiss Pastry Shop
