Why do I run: To destress, to wear my dogs out, to wear myself out, to lose weight, to get super-duper cardiovascularly fit, to compete against no one but myself, to be able to call myself a runner, to know I am in control and telling my body when and where and not the other way around. |
Why I started running: Because a friend asked if I'd train with her for a 15k. Initial reaction: are you nuts?!?!
Reaction now: when's the next race and can we have more distance races instead of all these 5ks? |
