Notes
The toe was sore, and after a while my lower back as well (pretty sure muscular). Also I think my running muscles are just weak, and my conditioning of course isn't there. I'm not exactly sure what is slowing me down, but since I'm slow from the start I think it is the toe and the weak running muscles. The latter will strengthen over time, and I can only hope the toe issues will ease up as well.
