Planned 5@MP+20, 3@MP+15, 5@MP+10, but bonked after 11. I should have slowed due to the warm temps but went out too fast and didn't take any water. 5@9:09(145), 3@8:55(157), 3@8:30(166), 2.22@9:22(168). Took walking break after 13 when seeing HR at 175, and only going 9:30/mi
