Notes
Very happy with this result. Had to use the woods in mile 2 but apparently made up the time. Plan was slow start and settle in to 8's, try to hold as best I can on the hills, then finish strong. Looks like I struggled a bit through 24 and 26. Had a bit of kick at the end but couldn't make up the 39 seconds to bring me under 3:30.
