Notes
Today's run was a bit of a struggle. I gave up at 15 and called Harriet, but I guess she was in the shower. Walked a bit then ran another mile. Walked some more, then finished it off getting 17 running, stutter-style. Ended up walking about a mile all told, as I had planned 18 out and back.
