5@9:41(136), 7@9:27(139), 5.01@8:36(161). Ran with marathon training group, couple miles with Harriet and Ernie, then with Kenny, Kristen, Jan. Not too bad -- was running out of gas by 15 or so, but Jan and I were running pretty fast near the end. New HRM.
