200m splits: 39.66(138), 39.06(168), 39.57(185). I was leading the heat at the 400m split, but Paul (of Paul and Keary) came blowing by me with maybe 50-75m left, and beat me by 2 sec. As you can see by the splits, I was running out of gas a bit, but still held pretty steady.
I was definitely in oxygen debt at the end. Hands were tingly and tunnel vision was starting with about 100m left. When Paul passed me, there was nothing I could do about it. Keary ran the same heat, she said her time was around 2:02.
