What a great race. Felt terrific for the whole race and was able to crank up the effort for the last 6 and passed a lot of people. Not good enough to break 3:30, but still a PR by 25 seconds.
In morning tried unsuccessfully to eat bagel/peanut butter, but ate banana and granola bar. Had another granola bar and a crank just before race. Crank at miles 7, 14, 21, and 2 ecaps before race and at miles 9, 16, 23, 24 (late ecaps due to L ham cramping).
Wore WRFB short sleeve shirt, black RR shorts, argyle arm warmers (dollar store socks) - very comfortable, took arm warmers off around mile 5.
