Notes
Had a really nice time today. Got to meet Phil, Drew and Rick as well as Rick's wife and daughter. It's nice to finally get to just hang out w/some of the RA folks w/out being in front of a godforsaken computer. Went out to eat after to Pollyeyes, great breadsticks and BEER. I'm looking forward to Bayshore!
The race itself was set up well to be a fast course, until the gale force winds through the second half of the race brought some reality back into my expectations. Just not where I hoped to be right now, but it is what it is. Keep plugging away, I guess. I hate that I'm disappointed w/a PR, but I was hoping for a bit more. Bah.
Rick and Drew also PR'd, and Mishka won the race, rather handily too. I had a lot of fun today!
