Felt solid for the whole run. Started at 5.2 and increased to 5.5 in the first half, then when to 5.7 and did last 10 minutes at 6.0. Trying to make sure i finish faster than where i started. Already seeing the pace getting easier. Had to ice the right knee when i got home, I need to get outside and test it. It might be that the t/m is just kicking my ass.
