Notes
A couple easy hills with the folks I coach at Maine Running as they wind down for the Beach to Beacon next week and I recover from whatever it is that was bugging me yesterday. I've lost about a pound and a half a day this week, so something ain't quite right. I'm taking it easy until I start putting a little weight back on. Hopefully I keep it over 140.
Erin and I went to Po' Boy's & Pickles for dinner and ate too much food. But it was tasty.
