Notes
I was really tired and sweating buckets on my cool down. I did manage to find a new trail that shortened my trip back to work from the Back Cove and replaced over a mile of roads with trails, so that was nice, but when I got back to the car I had to sit there and sweat for a few minutes while I ate my banana and drank the rest of my water.
This evening I didn't feel so well, I drank 3 or 4 glasses of juice and a few glasses of water with dinner but my stomach just wasn't happy and I was a bit faint. I probably over did it at the race today, so tomorrow I'm taking it easy and might bring an extra water bottle with me to work.
