Great Cranberry Island 50k - got a last minute bib and had a theory: If I felt my smile slip, I slowed down. :) Was just out to enjoy myself, so had a PW time but it was a lot of fun and I felt great after the race. Did a full immersion by jumping off the pier and swimming in to shore, which was also nice. Not too bad for sunburn, applied sunscreen 4 times so I now know where my arms don't reach...Lillian had fun, she ran 3 laps w/Erin in the Bob for 12 miles and enjoyed her first camping trip.
