本来计划M@7:20,出门看了眼去年7/5同一个workout(75F),居然M@7:11,T@6:35。于是有点不淡定,把目标提高了5秒,考虑到温度还要低一些,所以不算太冒进。前面4迈MP跑起来还算轻松,后面4迈有点顶风,稍微吃力。1T加速前面稍有点快,后面自然懈怠了一点,最后2迈MP还算可以,没有太吃力。虽然整体不如去年高温跑的好,但没有耗尽全力。
