准备周六跑5K,于是选择3x1T,心理预期比较容易。不过昨天恢复的不太好,早晨虽说没那么热,但前面3迈热身跑的还是很慢。第一组跑起来注意呼吸和蹬地后摆,比原想的6:40要快,第二组放开了感觉好的,最后一组略感吃力。总体感觉还不错。
