下了一晚上雨,温度没降,极度闷潮。前面4组Repetition感觉跑不开,第1迈tempo悠着点,第2迈感觉比较吃力,还好3迈都挺下来了。5迈tempo完成后,喝水冲汗歇了5分钟才开始后面的4组200R,最后cool down没劲儿了。
