失败的tempo。热身还不错,没觉得累。吸取上次教训,第1迈没使劲冲,保持在6:50,但同样pace跑完3迈,并没觉得轻松,反而沉重,第4迈终于顶不住了,心想干脆把10迈改成2x4,没想休息5分钟重新再跑,只能维持7分以外,跑了2迈实在撑不住就放弃了。后面4迈多cool down维持8分的pace都很难,屡屡想停下来走,偏偏过红绿灯都不给机会停。

天热是一个因素,昨天easy 跑的有点快也是另外一个因素,此外上周六第一个19迈long run跑的比较快,应该好好恢复一下。
