温度低一点感觉好多了,MP第一迈有点吃力,之后基本上控制在预定的7:15范围,8迈MP后有点吃力,不过T居然撑下6:35,后面2迈MP也达标了。不过跑完歇了5分钟才开始cool down剩下的1迈。
