Notes
Was very cold and planned to take the first half easy which I did and as I built to the second half had the same stomach problem at mile 7.5 as I did last night. Was tempted to go in the woods but found a porta pot at a house under construction which I chose to use so I could finish the run strong. Made all the difference. I had been planning to go 12 but decided to end with convenience because of a full day. Without the cold and stomach issue I think can handle an 8:40 for at least 12.
Still have very tight hamstrings and need to continue to stretch more/longer and foam roll.
