Happy with the 9 min avg for this run. Much better than last week's long run. Took one clif gel and three shot bloks plus about 20 oz water. Feeling tight in right ITB but foam rolling hopefully will do the trick. Two bathroom stops. All in all not a bad run just hope to stay injury free and to get faster.
