Notes

16 miles was tough. Felt good through first 9 though and last 3 were rough. Stopped at 5 for pit stop and took 6 Clif Chock Blocks. Stomach felt much better this run than last weekend though. Need to stretch a lot and rest up for sprint tri tomorrow.
