Spin class with Anne.

Perfect mix of sprints, climbs, surges, and standing work though maybe a bit too much standing for my taste. Felt really good on the sprints and getting better with my threshold on the higher resistance. Felt very tight when I woke up though in my right IT area and that is not good. Still feel sore.

Finished with 30 push-ups, oblique, and core work.
