Notes

Hadn't run all week and was sore from bike ride the day before. Took the first 4 miles to warm up and felt good by the time I got to the bridge. Met Brie and felt good on St. Marg's hills. She was slow and tired from her ride so we were slow and steady together. Slower than I would've liked but glad we did the distance.
