Very happy with this ride. It was relatively flat with just one bridge for the hill. Was happy with speed; stayed in aero most of the time. Tried to drink some to get saltwater taste out of my mouth. Return leg was into the wind and felt like that slowed me down but overall happy with time. Worked hard to keep the pace though and can feel that legs could still be stronger to power better on the bike.
