Notes

Started out on regular stationary bike; did 7 miles in 30 minutes. Then switched to 'mountain cycling' spin class with Gayle. Was a great class combining heavy resistance endurance work with flat road pedaling. I felt very comfortable with my cadence and strength despite being tired.
