Notes

Spin class with Sara. Really tried to focus on pushing and pulling today as well as my upper body form by leaning more over the bike and using my core for support. Have a long way to go before this is comfortable. Did more sprints than climbing which is fine; ended with an excellent seated sprint.

Finished with arms and ab work on the ball.
