Notes

Did a bike fit this morning and had the seat moved back a bit, handlebar stem down a ring, bars angled down and aero bars angled down. Bike Doctor fitter said it would get me 1/2 to 1mph faster and hard to say whether it was my fit or effort but definitely gained some speed! Feel like I'm putting out a LOT of effort though, working really hard and getting tired to try and pace Tim. Good ride but lots of improvement to go.
