Notes
I ran this mile with Ryan, Brian, Dylan, and josh. This was really bad for all of us. We ran on the half mile loop at the knoch knolls nature center, so all the turning slowed us down a good amount, and it was pretty windy out there. We all paced this really poorly and couldn't pick up enough at the end, so overall this was pretty poorly executed on our part. All of our times were very slow, so it was pretty disappointing.
